Dine & Discover

Dine & Discover is the creative brain child from media company Middle East Eye. The aim was to launch a new audio visual series focused on food and to begin that with a 9 part series centred around popular Middle Eastern dishes which includes recipes from Oman, Turkey, Yemen, Morocco, Iraq & more. All the recipes were developed, tested and presented by me.
