A consultancy turned collaboration with Anantara’s Qasr Al Sarab in Liwa desert, Abu Dhabi. An on going project to re-define their outdoor Arabic restaurant through menu creation, entertainment and interior design. Bringing a modern and refreshing take to the bedouin inspired restaurant that focuses on flavours and heritage from the GCC and wider Middle East, while playing with contemporary design and dishes.
